ALPENTRANS LOGISTICS S.R.L., with registered office at Via Nazionale 124, 39040 Salorno (BZ), Italy, acting as data controller pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, hereby informs you that the personal data contained in this communication is processed in both paper and electronic form in order to deliver the requested service, for administrative, accounting and contractual purposes and for the related obligations.

The legal bases for the processing are the performance of a contract or of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b)), compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)) and the legitimate interest of the data controller in ensuring business continuity and the security of corporate communications (Art. 6(1)(f)).

The data is not disseminated and is used and/or disclosed solely to persons authorised to process it and to processors designated pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The data is retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes set out above and, in any case, within the periods laid down by the applicable legislation and specified in the full privacy notice.
