Accredia Organic Certification
All our warehouses are certified for the storage of organic products, in compliance with European regulations and under the supervision of certification bodies accredited by Accredia, the Italian national accreditation body.

This means your organic products are handled in full compliance with the certified supply chain — from intake to delivery.
IT Infrastructure
Our infrastructure is entirely based on Microsoft Azure® cloud, with a distributed architecture across data centers in different countries to ensure full geographic redundancy.

In the event of a failure or the unavailability of an entire area, systems migrate automatically and operations continue without interruption.

Security is managed through next-generation managed firewalls, data encryption both in transit and at rest, and a controlled, role-based access system. An external SOC — Security Operations Center — operates 24/7 and monitors the entire infrastructure in real time to detect and promptly manage any anomaly.

Every year, full security assessments are carried out by specialized partners, together with disaster recovery tests to concretely verify the effectiveness of our business continuity plans. Backups are automated and replicated across multiple levels.

Data relating to our customers’ goods, shipments, tax documents, and logistics operations is processed in full compliance with GDPR regulations.
